Tachometric TLg-Gasmeter gas meter

The main obstacles of all counters are forces of friction for which overcoming energy of movement of proceeding substance is spent. This reason results in impossibility in reasonable dimensions to create the counter for household gas and to pass to measurement of volume of gas. Thus there were many the unsolved problems remaining and today. The reason of it is absence of other effective technological decisions in struggle against friction and absence of simple and reliable converters of a stream of gas in mass units.

Our achievement that we have found such decisions and has created the counter in which there are no units and details of friction (bearings, support, wheels, cams etc.). Instead of them properties gasodinamic are used, allowing completely to exclude extraneous influences (except for the gas) on rotation of a unique mobile element. The mobile element located in a flowing part of the counter, has the special forms providing a raising (soaring or levitation without contact to the case) a mobile element a mass stream of gas and has property self-thermo-compensation at change of parameters of gas.

High enough speed of rotation of a mobile element and ability of reliable reading of its number of revolu-tions electronic accounting device (EAD), allows to provide high accuracy of measurement of quantity of past substance in a wide range. EAD provides processing the received information on the special built - in algorithm and indication of measurement on the screen. EAD it is isolated from gas and can be demountable. Except for it, modifications EAD and the counter can have a smart-card for a down payment for gas, the valve for interruption of receipt of gas at failures or the end of payment and an output (connector) for trans-fers of the information. The design of the gas meter allows to spend clearing of natural gas without applica-tion of additional filters. At periodic checking electronics without replacement of details, disassemblies and dismantle of the gas meter is arranged (if necessary) only. Influence of external fields on parameters of accu-racy is excluded.

Project TLg- gasmeter can become a new direction in development of methods of measurement of the mass charge of gas (liquid). The superiority of TLg-technology is confirmed with theoretical calcula-tions, practical researches and big in volume of the carried out natural tests, both on air, and in real gas in various geographical and climatic conditions.
